J&F House Musashi-Urawa was built as a shared house. It is RC building and it is a small skyscraper in this area. Both interior and exterior are well-designed and we ensure that all tenants enjoy their stays! Not only Japanese but also people from all over the world are staying at the house. There are lots of opportunities to get to know others in your shared house life!

〇Entrance fee 30,000yen(not refundable)

【Other Cost】
〇 Room changing fee : 10,000 yen+tax / times
〇 Contract renewal fee : 3,000 yen+tax
〇 Bicycle parking fee : 1,500 yen+tax / month
〇 Motorcycle parking fee : 3,000yen+tax / month (Only one bike / 1 person acceptable)

* The minimum length of stay is 1 month
* Visitors are not allowed to stay with you overnight in J&F House
