Hello from J&F Plaza!

Renovations are underway at **J&F House Akabane** as we prepare for its opening.
The wallpaper is currently being replaced!

Wallpaper can make a big difference to the atmosphere of a share house.
Step by step, we’re creating a comfortable, welcoming space where our future residents can feel at home.
We can’t wait to see how the new wallpaper transforms the house!

J&F House Akabane will open as an **international share house exclusively for non-smokers**.
We look forward to creating a home where people from different countries and regions can connect naturally through everyday life.

New friendships can begin with a simple “I’m home!” and “Welcome back!”
Why not start that kind of life here in Akabane?

We’ll continue sharing renovation updates and glimpses of the house on our blog. Stay tuned as we get closer to completion!
