You can choose between an in-person viewing at the property and an online viewing that you can join from home.

## What You Can See During the Advance Viewing

The advance viewing will mainly cover the following:

* Furniture and in-room facilities
* Shared areas such as the kitchen and lounge
* Showers, toilets, and washbasins
* The layout and flow of the building
* The surrounding neighborhood
* Information about the rental conditions and contract

## J&F House Akabane Is for Non-Smokers Only

J&F House Akabane is scheduled to be offered exclusively to residents who do not have a smoking habit.

As a general rule, people who use cigarettes, heated tobacco products, e-cigarettes or vaping products, shisha, hookah, or similar products are not eligible to move in. Thank you for your understanding.

## Important Information Before Applying

The property is currently under construction. Therefore, some private rooms, shared areas, or facilities may not be fully completed at the time of the advance viewing.

Submitting an application form does not confirm your viewing appointment. Your reservation will be confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from us.

If we receive a large number of applications, participants may be selected on a first-come, first-served basis or by another method determined by us.

Participation in an advance viewing does not automatically reserve a room, place a room on hold, or give you priority for moving in. Details of the formal application process will be provided after public applications open.
