In recent years, the number of international students studying in Japan has surpassed 400,000, and the foreign workforce has reached 2.57 million; the movement of people into Japan for education and employment is expected to continue growing.

However, significant housing-related challenges persist—such as students having their schools decided but being unable to find a place to live, or being unable to secure accommodation before arriving in Japan. These issues remain a major source of anxiety for students starting their new lives here.

Drawing on over 25 years of experience operating international share houses, J&F Plaza Co., Ltd. has launched a new brand, the "HUB Series," to address these challenges.

As the first step in this initiative, we have rebranded our existing facility in Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture—formerly "J&F House Kansai 2"—to "J&F House Kansai 2 Osaka HUB."

The HUB Series is more than just a share house brand.
It is a new brand designed to serve as a hub that connects international talent, students, companies, educational institutions, and local communities through housing, aiming to create an environment where people can begin their new lives in Japan with peace of mind.

Leveraging a location that offers access to Osaka/Umeda in approximately 15 minutes and Kobe/Sannomiya in about 25 minutes, we hope to serve a wider range of educational institutions and students by providing a housing option for those pursuing studies in the Kansai region.
