J&F House Akabane will hold exclusive preview tours before general applications officially open for those who are considering moving into the property.
***Please note that the property is currently under construction. Construction work may still be ongoing on the day of your viewing, and the property may not be fully completed yet. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.***
This is a great opportunity to visit the property before general applications begin and see the actual private rooms, shared spaces, facilities, and surrounding area.

You will be able to see the private rooms and shared spaces in person.
Saturday, September 19: 9:30–12:00 / 13:00–15:30
Saturday, September 26: 9:30–12:00 / 13:00–15:30
Saturday, October 3: 9:30–12:00 / 13:00–15:30
Details about the meeting location and other information will be provided individually to those whose participation has been confirmed.
What You Can Check During the Preview Tour
During the preview tour, you will be able to check the following:
The actual size and atmosphere of the private rooms
Furniture and room facilities
Shared spaces such as the kitchen and lounge
Showers, toilets, and washbasins
Layout and access within the building
The surrounding area
Move-in conditions and contract information

J&F House Akabane Is a Non-Smoking Property
J&F House Akabane is planned to be offered as a non-smoking property for residents who do not smoke.
As a general rule, people who use the following are not eligible to move in:

Shisha / hookah
